• Every 150 purchase/transaction is equivalent to one raffle entry. Promo period Oct 15 – Dec 31 2019.

• Customer should write in the raffle coupon the ff information: complete name, home address, and signature.  Field for contact number is required to fill up.

• This promo applies to both cash and cashless payment (Credit card, GCash, WeChat, PayMaya)

• The promo is open to all Candy Corner customers who purchased P150 worth of single receipt candy corner items via cash or cashless basis.

• One purchase is equal to one valid raffle entry.

• Raffle coupons should be dropped in drop boxes located at all Candy Corner branches.  Only raffle coupons entered during the specified promo period on or before the cut-off will be considered valid.

• Deadline of entries is until December 31, 2019, 11:00pm.

• All raffle entries from October 15 to December 31, 2019 will be drawn manually at the Grand Draw on January 14, 2020.

• 20 winners will receive 3-layered candy cake.

• The winner will be selected randomly on January 14, 2020 at 5PM (Philippine time), at Candy Corner head office.

• A customer can only win once. If drawn more than once, it will no longer valid.

• Draw venue is at Candy Corner main office located at the Unit G-H 2nd floor, Building A Central, 108 E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave, Bagumbayan Quezon City.

• The raffle draw will be done manually through the supervision of a (Department of Trade and Industry) DTI Representative.

• Winner will be informed through SMS notification and registered email, winners will be announced via Candy Corner official social media accounts.

• Employees of the Candy Corner Philippines and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are excluded from participating in this promo.

• By joining this promo, the subscriber confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics, including but not limited to its terms and conditions.

• Prize is transferrable, but not convertible to cash.

• The winner must accept the prize within 60 days from the receipt of the registered mail.

• A marketing representative will reach the winners to facilitate the process of claiming the prize.

• Winners should claim the prizes at Candy Corner branch where they drop their entries.

• If the winner fails to claim the prize within the redemption period, the prize will be forfeited in favor of Candy Corner Philippines with prior approval from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

• When claiming the prize, the winner needs to present the following;

1. Present original:

a. (1) raffle coupon,

b. (2) notification mail/sms and;

c. (3) one original valid government issued IDs.

 Candy Corner has the right to ask for another ID if deemed necessary.

2. In case customer lost his raffle coupon, his claim will still be acknowledged.

3. In case a winner’s representative claims the prize, an original authorization letter executed by the winner must be presented together with the winner’s and representative’s valid proof of identification the winner’s signature in the ID and the authorization letter presented must be the same. The authorization letter must state the full name of the representative claiming the prize on the winner’s behalf.

4. If winner is (1) a minor he/she must be accompanied by parents/legal guardian or parent/legal guardian claims on his/her behalf (presenting all necessary documents above).

5. The winner shall be responsible for the applicable taxes and other related expenses, if any, on the raffle prize.

6. The value of each prize is based on the recommended retail value or market value as at commencement of the competition. Each prize is non-refundable and no cash alternative will be given.

7. All selections and decisions made by Candy Corner in conjunction each prize is final and binding and no discussions will be entered into or correspondences entertained in this regard in concurrence with DTI.

8. All information from customers including name, location and mobile number are kept for Candy Corner use only. Candy Corner highly follows Data Privacy Act as measures to maintain confidentiality of customers’ data.

1. All drop boxes that will be used on stores will be sealed after the promo, until it reaches Candy Corner Warehouse for safe keeping of all entries.

2. A DTI representative will be invited to verify the participation of all the entries.

3. There will only be 1 authorized person to open the drop boxes on the day of the draw.

4. A DTI representative will be invited to be present during the actual determination of the winners.

5. Candy Corner to do random s election through FB Live so that the grand draw can watch by all candy corner customers and to have transparency.

6. After the 20 winners are determined, they will be verified by Candy Corner and the notification of all prizes will be sent to the registered mail/contact number on the coupon.

7. A printed copy of the name of the winners will be g iven to the DTI Representative after determination.

8. All complaints and queries regarding this promotional activity will be attended by Candy Corner Philippines.
