JR. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Broad Function:

  • Reports to the National Sales Manager;
  • Responsible for managing accounts and achieving high sales targets;
  • Builds and maintains long-term relationship with clients to maximize sales opportunity with them.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Manages account to achieve high sales target.
  • Coordinates with client in getting POs; discusses item updates such as price increase and other concerns.
  • Conducts regular store visits to check the status of the item and maintain its proper display.
  • Conducts inventory of items in the distributor’s warehouse.
  • Coordinates with warehouse team for the status of delivery of items to client.
  • Prepares and submits reports to the superior for the status of the handling account.
  • Notifies clients for new items and other price updates.
  • Performs other task as may be assigned by the President or General Manager from time to time.

SUMMARY

  • Coordinates sets up displays,  assists customers and staff during operation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage retail staff.
  • Analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Ensure pricing is correct.
  • Work on store displays.
  • Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees.
  • Evaluate on-the-job performance.
  • Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
  • Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service are met.
  • Preside over staff meetings.
  • Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
  • Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.

REQUIREMENT:

  • College Degree.
  • Willing to be assigned in any areas / branches of the company.
  • Strong personality and communication skills is required.

JR. AUDITOR

FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for performing independent audit.
  • Reports directly to Audit Manager.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Audit Planning, field work for internal control evaluation.
    • Identify, develop, and document audit issues and assist in the preparation of the draft audit report.
    • Audit testing, review documents and report preparation.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related course.
    • Requires 1-3 years of experience in audit work.
    • Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications are essential.
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills is a must.
